Return Policy

All items are final sale. Returns cannot be accepted due to the nature of the consignment industry. You are welcome to consider re-consigning items that don't work out for you. 

We do our best to accurately represent each piece we upload to our online store, and any imperfections will be detailed and photographed. Please note that carts expire after 30 minutes of inactivity. 

Shipping and Handling

All orders are prepared for shipment after completed at checkout. Please allow for up to 48 hours for us to prepare shipments and deliveries. Rise Consignment uses Canada Post to ship all orders, and we are not responsible for any damages caused during shipping. Covid-19 related protocols may cause a delay in shipping times, and this is something out of our control.

At checkout, you will be able to choose shipping, pickup or local delivery. We offer $20 flat rate shipping Canada-wide. 

Once you place an order, you will be contacted within 48 hours with an order confirmation and more details on our pickup/delivery process. 

We offer $12 local delivery within Victoria, Esquimalt, South Saanich and Langford.

Shipping is FREE if you spend over $150! We ship across Canada!
